Leveraging Verified Video to Document Thailand-Cambodia Border Skirmishes

Experts are scrutinizing freshly surfaced footage of attacks and destruction to Cambodia-based locations in the vicinity of the disputed boundary with Thailand, during the resurgent conflict which has caused at least 10 people being lost and a vast number forced to flee.
A pair of video clips verified in recent hours reveal impact to a cluster of structures in the Cambodian region of the Pursat area. The site is situated just over 500m (1,600ft) from the Thmor Dar casino complex, which has been targeted at least on two occasions in the past few days and is itself extremely near to the international border.
This video evidence illustrates smoke billowing up, scattered wreckage and damage to several of the structures. Recently acquired satellite imagery of the location indicates that at least one construction was levelled.
Many of the buildings are newly built and the location seems to remain undergoing development.
Reports have indicated in media outlets in Thailand that the location was being used as a mobilisation point for Cambodian military forces. Investigators have uncovered no evidence to substantiate this assertion.
